Low Carb Sweet Glazed Drumsticks Recipe
Required Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken drumsticks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ⅛ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
- ⅛ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons Swerve brown sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Take a bowl and mix olive oil, soy souce or coconut aminos, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, swerve brown sugar substitute, basil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper according to your taste. Mix all of these together completely.
- Put this marinade or mixture you prepare in a Ziploc bag. Now put all the chicken drumsticks inside the bag. Shake the bag and mix marinade and chicken drumsticks together. Now leave the bag for 30 minutes in fridge.
- Now preheat the oven about 400 degree F.
- Take out drumsticks out of fridge and put them to bake for about 30 minutes. Then flip them and bake again for atleast 10 minutes. So that it can cook from inside.

Ingredients required
- 3 cups chicken breasts chunked, skinless, boneless (about 1 ½ – 2 pounds)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 box (6.2 oz) long grain & wild rice + seasoning packet in the box
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

- Preheat oven upto 350 degree F.
- Take a saucepan and saute chopped onion and celery in butter upto 3-4 minutes untill they become soft.

- Then combine the rice and seasoning packet in bowl or something.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir.
- Add souce cream and soup and combine them together by whisking.
- Put this in baking dish and add chicken mixture and press down so it can covered by soup mixture.
- Then crush the cracker and put them in a small bowl then melt butter and add them to the crushed cracker.
- Mix goodly and sprinkle on the top of casserole.
- Now bake on 350 degree F untill they become bubbly.

Required Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 1 pound)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper

- Preheat the oven upto 400 degree F.
- Wash the asparagus well and cut the woody end. Place the rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminium foil.

Ingredients Required
- 1 lime
- 8 to 10 mint leaves
- 1 cup white rum (divided)
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour (divided)
- 1 cup cranberry juice (divided)
- Ice
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda (such as sprite or 7Up)
Method:
- Cut the lime in thin slices like 5-6 slices and keep aside.
- Place 4-5 leaves of mint and one slice of lime in each glass at bottom. Using a muddler or wooden spoon or something else muddle the lime slice and mint leaves to release their juices.
- Put 1/2 cup rum, 1/4 cup sweet and sour mix, and 1/2 cup cranberry juice into each glass and stir.
- Now add two lime slice and and ice in the glass. Top off with lime soda about 1/4 cup in each glass and stir.
